I’m so thrilled to be sharing this first podcast episode with you. As an antidote to a fast-paced world, in which everything seems to be centred around instant gratification, I wanted to create a gentle, no-frills podcast. Each recording (hopefully weekly) will be set in my baking school, Barn Kitchen, or perhaps another location if we decide to hit the road. I’ll chat with my partner of 15 years, Paul, as I test new recipes or try new foods.
