I love your Corned Beef Hash, have made it many times (always with brown sauce) Thank Lancashire Crumbly white sauce looks divine too! But how I'm going to put them together with Scottish Pancakes (the best) fails me. I'll just have to have them separately 😊

This looks delicious and I will definitely try it some time. I would be interested to hear your opinion on tomato sauce in corned beef sandwiches. I completely agree that if corned beef is served hot, it HAS to be brown sauce but if it's cold, I can go either way.
